Zoom Focus Group
compensation: Participants will receive $80.00 for the session from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
We are hiring the Bakersfield community to participate in a Zoom focus group on Friday, November 8, 2024. You will be asked to listen to confidential evidence and share your BRUTALLY HONEST thoughts and opinions concerning an existing, real-life civil dispute.
Participants will receive $80.00 for the session from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. by VENMO.
Eligibility requirements to apply:
1. Be a FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANT in our focus groups;
2. Be at least 18 years old;
3. Possess a valid ID;
4. Ability to speak, write, and read clearly in English; and
5. Have reliable computer with audio video and zoom ability, and you know how to use the system.
Important: If you have previously attended one of our sessions, please refrain from applying. If you log on and have been a previous focus juror, sadly we will log you off and you won't be paid.

Interested candidates who meet all eligibility requirements listed above are encouraged to respond to this post, confirming their eligibility; providing contact details; and providing a brief description of: your political leanings/affiliations, your general demographic information, occupational history, and education history. Further instructions will be provided to qualified applicants to log onto zoom Friday morning at 9:30 a.m.

Also, you will be asked to take notes, and you must email us your notes before Venmo payment will be issued.
Venmo will be the payment method, so you must share your Venmo information if you attend.
Finally, you must be PROMPT. If you are late, you will not be permitted to join. And you must stay and actively participate the entire 4 hours as a further condition of payment.
You will have fun! Most Focus Jurors report having fun and finding the session very interesting.
