Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisors are skilled in their field, and most are looking to grow within the company. If you have 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician and have at least 1 year of supervising a staff, we want to talk with you! We are looking for competent, proactive individuals that enjoy their work and be open to learn new tricks of the trade and have a career with a national company!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a community in the Bakersfield, CA area. Sagewood Apartments will consist of five two-story residential buildings with 18 one-bedroom apartments, 36 two-bedroom apartments, and 18 three-bedroom apartments. This affordable housing community will also include a community building, which is a 1,960-square-foot, single-story building with a kitchen, community room, computer lab, property management offices, and laundry facilities. This position is a Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm | On-Call Rotation is Required | Full Benefits Included
Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 / Hour

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of previous residential apartment maintenance experience
You bring a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
Prior supervisory experience preferred
HVAC/CPO certification preferred
Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours are required (if applicable)
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
