Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a General Manager sitting in the Beverly Hills area. This individual will be supporting a Class A medical office portfolio of around 250,000 sq ft. They will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business. This person will provide overall property management leadership through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow and property management strategy. They will provide direction and leadership to Property Management staff, promoting reasonable career paths associated with property management professionals. The GM tracks budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process. They will oversee the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds as well as monitor cash flow in conjunction with Property Manager to ensure efficient use of cash. The individual will oversee preparation of reports, annual budget, and other documents for owner in accordance with the management agreement. The GM will maintain interface with third-party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting as well as resolve tenant relations issues to ensure their satisfaction.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
