You’ll get to:

Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and be responsible for the on-boarding of newly assigned accounts

Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts, communicating daily on key priorities

Collaborating with the marketing team to secure, retain, and grow accounts

Enhancing customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business

Develop, review, and maintain a customer scorecard to address any positive or negative facts about the customer accounts

Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations

Manage key customer forecasts and work cross functionally with planning and operations to ensure customer forecasts are being met.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Communications preferred

Minimum of 3+ years demonstrated success leading customer growth with key accounts

Self-motivated and self-directed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

An entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude that will engage and challenge people to learn, grow and develop to win in an evolving market and growing organization

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence and desire to serve customers
