Description Senior Sales Analyst with strong expertise in NetSuite and Netstock to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of IT and collaborating closely with the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions across our sales operations, inventory, and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, optimizing inventory turnover, and ensuring data accuracy in all reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Inventory Analysis:
Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and purchasing trends to identify key performance metrics and generate actionable recommendations.
Leverage NetSuite and Netstock to streamline insights on sales trends, inventory demand, and stock levels.
Dashboard & Report Development:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros), NetSuite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
Deliver reports and insights to support strategic planning and inform business decisions.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization:
Collaborate with the supply chain and purchasing teams to align stock levels with forecasted demand, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing excess inventory.
Monitor and address inventory trends, stockouts, and risks, focusing on maintaining product availability and reducing inefficiencies.
Data Governance & Custom Analysis:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all analysis and reporting processes, upholding high standards for data validation and governance.
Lead ad-hoc data projects, customizing reports and analyses to support various departments and initiatives.
KPI & Performance Tracking:
Work with sales leadership to evaluate team performance metrics, set KPIs, and align goals with company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in sales analysis, inventory management, or an equivalent analytical role.
Advanced proficiency with NetSuite ERP and Netstock (Supply and Demand Planning Software) is required.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
High attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting data to cross-functional teams.
