Overview:$17.36 / hourResponsible for general office management for the Wardrobe Department, including answering and dispatching calls, completing and filing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and the creating and maintaining associate files.Responsibilities:
Acts as the point of contact between wardrobe, vendors, accounts payable and the purchasing department
Answers phone calls in a professional manner, answering questions appropriately and forwarding as needed
Creates and maintains associate and vendor files, updating documentation as needed
Reviews and adjusts associate schedules to ensure coverage and assist in entering missed punches as needed
Maintains a high level of organization, cleanliness and safety, and reports unsafe conditions to management
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality when handling associate, guest, and company information
Assists with other department projects on an as needed basis
Qualifications:This position requires the following education and experience, or an equivalent combination of both:EducationHigh School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred but not required.Experience2 years working in an office settingMinimum AgeAt Least 18 Years of Age
Must possess good communication skills via phone or in person.
Must have good organizational and time management skills.
Drivers liscense and ability to be approved to drive company vehicles
