As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team members.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Greet visitors and ensure they are welcomed and directed appropriately.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.

Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.

Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a related role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Prior experience in administration is preferred but not required.
