Associate Project Manager - Technology OptimizationStudio Operations is comprised of multiple disciplines related to the postproduction of our films. This includes localizing formats for global theatrical release, ensuring consistency and continuity in the voice and representation of our characters in media formats worldwide, ensuring secure delivery of films to exhibitors, retailers, and homes worldwide, converting of classic film content into digital formats, and managing of all Walt Disney Studios production and postproduction facilities (including sound stages and the Digital Studio).Responsibilities:
Create and maintain workflow documentation for current and future technology workflows
Assist in creation of user stories and use cases related to new tech initiatives
Coordinate the delivery of assets and testing materials required for new technology applications
Support status tracking, project milestones and project health related to new technology applications
Schedule high volume of meetings, book conference rooms, and other logistics
Prepare status updates for readouts to stakeholders
Support onboarding new process, technology solutions or workflows and create/maintain documentation
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and interpersonal, expressing ideas, thoughts, or facts in a clear, convincing, and organized way
Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to influence others without authority
Ability to communicate to team members and senior executives. This includes experience presenting to all levels of staff, internally and externally
Understands Project Management deliverables and provides guidance as needed to contribute to team success in completing deliverables
Self-starter with strong initiative and proactive approach
Highly organized and able to work independently – attention to detail is imperative
Be adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities and partner needs
Ability to efficiently handle a large quantity of projects and tasks simultaneously
Problem solver with positive, can-do attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline-driven / changing environment.
Understanding of post-production, manufacturing and distribution supply chains, including Theatrical and Direct-to-Consumer lines of business.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $78,100 - $101,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
