Payment Operations Specialist (Part-Time)Adecco is looking for people with strong Part-time Payment Operations Specialists for a client site in the Burbank, CA area!Responsibilities:
Input data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing.
Verify negotiability of checks through customer-specific instructions for processing
Analyze all transactions to ensure payments are properly processed.
Re-associate check images to corresponding material while validating the quality of images.
Log and maintain daily records of client work as specified.
Maintain site productivity and quality standards.
Make judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager.
Recommend procedural and workflow changes to enhance quality and productivity.
Contribute to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilities.
Possess the manual dexterity to open envelopes and scan documents for an extended period

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
2 Years of relevant experience working in a production environment
Ability to lift mail trays (up to 35 pounds) as needed.
Strong computer skills in MS Suite especially in Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Effective time management skills
