The Senior Manager of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business goals. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering guest relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to success.Base Salary (Burlingame, CA): up to $71,000± base salary (position will also include competitive uncapped commission structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K company match, and PTO)Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
Set sales goals, quotas, and targets for the sales team.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product/service alignment with guests needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Events, Hospitality, Sports, or F&B sales experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales leadership and management roles.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
