We are seeking a Head of Growth, Business Development and Sales, who will be responsible for setting company sales targets and marketing goals. This individual’s job duties include developing strategic sales goals, consulting with management on the overall monetary health of the agency, obtaining new client contracts, and overseeing the marketing and sales functions.Partnering with sector leads and internal teams, the Head of Growth will be charged with leading all new business pursuits and should have a proven track record of engaging marketing and sales teams to grow agency revenue.ResponsibilitiesLeads development of sales strategies to obtain new accounts, while simultaneously prioritizing revenue growth for existing accountsAccountable for win/loss ratio and healthy business development financials; manages opportunity pipeline and reports on sales activity and sales goalsCreates a culture of learning by imparting sales best practices to the agency’s sales teamOversees the marketing team to identify new opportunities. Drives holistic marketing strategies that raise awareness of the agency’s key executives, work, capabilities, etc.Cultivates business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing  Forecasts and assesses resources available to determine the scope and duration of new business opportunitiesAccountable for overall client satisfaction, renewal rate and YOY revenue growth
