Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Quality Assurance Inspector in the Camarillo area for the first shift. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for all aspects of Quality Inspection including, Incoming, In Process, and Final Inspection in accordance with company processes and customer requirements. The Inspector will also be responsible for aiding in other areas pertaining to Company's Quality system, Calibration, and generating quality notifications/defects. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidates. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!Responsibilities for this Quality Assurance Inspector position include, but are not limited to:Perform, In Process, and Final Inspection in accordance with IPC-610, J-STD-001, drawings, and customer specifications.
Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Follow all safe work environment standards and procedures and comply with legal regulations.
Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
To be considered for this Quality Assurance Inspector position, you should:Requirements:High school diploma or any equivalent education.
2-3 years of experience working in a similar-quality environment
Strong communication skills.
Math knowledge for measuring and calculating specifications and drawing requirements.
Must be able to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Optical Inspection Equipment, Gages, and Meters.
Must be familiar with: IPC-610, J-STD-001, and Mil-STD-883
