The Registered Nurse (CN II) also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor and under minimal supervision, the RN (CN II) identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes,evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population and acts as a role model for CN I's.This position is represented by SEIU, Local 121RN, and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Current California Registered Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Six months (6) current medical/surgical nursing in an acute care setting or specialty area experience required
ACLS Certification required
Preferred Requirements:
Other certification as specified by area of practice preferred
