Contract CRM and Warranty Representative Customer Service Carlsbad, California Apply Description Fluidra ’s looking for a Contract CRM and Warranty Representative to join our team at our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE This position is responsible for Customer Records Management (CRM) functions to include maintaining customer addresses, creating new customers, updating customer details ( i.e. primary business type, special programs/achiever levels), and adding Contract Service Company (CSC) information to accounts. Additionally, you will:

Provide customer service via email and over the telephone for all regions.

Partner with Sales and Service Managers to resolve customer account updates and issues.

Function as a back-up CFL Advocate for all regions when necessary.

Basic customer service skills including processing requests via email and fax.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE SEE K

Must be able to work with frequent supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.

Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer’s claims.

Must have 2 years of experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.

Must be able to type 50 WPM.

Strong written and pleasant verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION

High school education or equivalent.

Expected hourly rate is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
