Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve any issues or complaints to the customer's satisfaction.
Maintain a database of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication abilities.
