The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team through project management, process facilitation and Workfront system administration.Key Responsibilities
Use Adobe Workfront to facilitate the creation and deployment of marketing tactics, support the implementation of new technologies, govern operational processes and perform system administrative duties
Support revenue generation through digital channels via project coordination and invoice processing
Balance demand and workloads by accurately collect key data and ensure resources are assigned on incoming project requests
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop process changes to generate efficiency, productivity and cost-savings in support of business objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or other related field.
Requirements / Qualifications
Project coordination experience - 0 to 2 years (preferably within a marketing team)
Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key points effectively
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and deliver results
Knowledge of project management methodologies and efficiencies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms
