We are currently seeking ahighly organized, proactive and energetic Architectural Project Manager to join our team of architects, designers, engineers, machinists and software developers at our headquarters in Los Angeles.ArchitecturalProject ManagerThe Project Manager is a key contributor within the Architectural department, responsible for leading a team of Job Captains and Engineers supporting multiple projects. The Project Manager is charged with driving projects forward while ensuring high quality, innovative design and manufacturing is applied throughout. The role requires a direct understanding of design & manufacturing processes, standards and workflows at Arktura and ability to manage a growing team while navigating complex design challenges.Key responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders while navigating complex design challenges, developing creative technical solutions to meet project goals
Communicating effectively with internal and external project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to deliver successful projects and promote repeat business
Responsible for direct client communication including management of schedules and key milestones/deliverables
Analysis of complex project criteria (design intent, budget, schedule, resource availability, etc.) and creation of effective, actionable plans to align these various criteria in real-time with achievable positive results.
Comprehensive understanding of Arktura product systems, demonstrating expertise with clients on product applications and customizations.
Present innovative solutions and drive internal developments and improvements.
Utilize architectural and manufacturing expertise to guide design development
and oversight in collaboration with Job Captain & Engineer in production of shop drawings and supporting documentation
Collaborate with production team to ensure projects are manufactured on time and to exacting standards
Research and Coordination of specialty materials, manufacturing and consulting services, as well as outside vendor management
Measuring and monitoring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Proactively working to deliver projects on-time, within budget, within scope, and within spec.
Requirements:
Working experience in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
