Pre-Operational Inspection (ALL AREAS)
Sanitation Audit
Swab Direct Observation
Sanitation Inspection (SPC-2)
Refrigerators (TJ Shelf Life)
Preparing Swabs
Investigational Swabs
Micro Testing Samples
Line Coverage
Water Activity Calibration
Check Ingredients Upon Arrival
Review E-mail Beginning, Middle and End of Shift
Bean Puree Moisture Testing
Garbanzo Sampling Analysis Moisture Testing
FG Micro Testing
Water & Air Plates Samples
Creating SARFs for Samples
Update Hygiene Weekly
Environmental KPI
Documents Review (Hummus, Non-Hummus, USDA)
Perform other duties as assigned.The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
