We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the long-term strategy, roadmap and successful execution of the search and product discovery experience across our eProcurement sites, our public B2C LakeshoreLearning.com site and our mobile app. This includes spearheading key initiatives such as internal search engine algorithm and relevancy tuning, guided navigation and faceted search enhancements. You will also own key entry and journey pages—including PDP, PLP and SRP—tailored to different segment users. Additionally, you’ll help make our products more discoverable through AI/ML, recommendations and personalization. Applicants should have experience in digital product management within an e-commerce environment, ideally in B2C retail.
