Lead and coordinate the transfer of production activities from Germany to sites in the USA and MexicoManage the transfer of the supply base, including supplier onboarding, qualification, and compliance with company processesOversee purchase order (PO) migration to ensure uninterrupted supply and avoid production downtimeDefine and manage Transfer of Work (TOW) project milestones, risks, and deliverablesEnsure industrial validation and ramp-up readiness at receiving sites, including First Article Inspections (FAI)Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, planning, quality, procurement, and operations teamsCoordinate re-sourcing and dual sourcing projects from initial assessment through supplier qualification and PO alignmentDevelop and maintain project management tools including project plans, action logs, risk registers, and KPI dashboardsIdentify, communicate, and mitigate project risks such as supply disruptions, quality issues, or capacity shortfallsEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout project executionProvide clear and regular progress reporting to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and decision pointsDocument lessons learned and propose continuous improvement actions for future projects
