What will you be doing?
Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, work force utilization, workflow and equipment layout for efficiency.
Work with vendors on specifications and arrange for purchases evaluating products according to specs. and quality standards.
Responsible for maintenance and service of manufacturing equipment, keeping maintenance records current.
Work with Team to resolve quality issues, make continuous improvements, update procedures and work instructions in coordination with Quality dept.
What do you bring?
Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from a 4 years college/university plus 4-6 years of related experience.
Mfg. software, QAD, MS Office, AutoCAD a plus.
SMT and through-hole process knowledge
IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 certified, ANSI/ESD S20.20 knowledge.
ISO 9001 and TL 9000 & PCBA manufacturing experience.
