We need someone to move the lawn, blow the leaves and pine combs, pull excessive weeds, and pick up the yard waste.
The property is in Forest Ranch and on about .75 acres, but the front and back yards are pretty standard size (small to medium sized).
We're hoping to find someone who can come once a month for $150 months, or pay $20-$25 per hour depending on the complexity of the work for the day.
