Description Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Manager, Amazon Account. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives for a diverse range of accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, and brand teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities while ensuring the smooth execution of all aspects of the business. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing product catalog data management and providing support to other online retail channels.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement strategies to expand product range and categories in line with company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launch strategies on Amazon.Proactively manage and optimize listings to increase sales and revenue.Manage discount/promotional calendar and analyze profitability and inventory availability.Vendor Compliance and Relationship Management:Ensure compliance with Amazon’s rules, regulations, and standards.Stay updated with Amazon's policy changes and ensure proper implementation within the team.Negotiate with Amazon's vendor management team to secure favorable terms for product listings.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within Amazon.Amazon Account Management:Monitor product catalog and ensure accurate setup, sales, and product condition.Execute product page maintenance and digital asset execution.Analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.Extract actionable insights from Amazon and marketplace data analytics.Advertising:Develop and refine AMS/PPC/DSP strategy for profitable growth.Liaise with Amazon to ensure smooth operation of paid efforts.Analyze advertising methods, generate new ideas, and execute independently.Operations and Project Management:Enhance operating procedures across departments.Coordinate and manage Amazon platform-related projects.Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues.Support order processing and procurement planning.Content Management:Upload and optimize product listings, content, and visual assets.Oversee Digital Content Specialist and establish standard operating procedures.Execute merchandising strategy and create SEO enriched content.Team Development:Train and mentor the team in operational efficiency and data analytics.Develop and execute team growth and career development plans.The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
