Chargeback Lead

Description:Review and post claims timely and accurately according to Chargeback Department policiesOverflow for processing claims and backup, as needed.First-level daily support to Chargeback reps by answering questions & giving advice on how to resolve complex issuesAssist with training of new claims reps on SAP system and how to research & process claimsAssist with testing of new programs, processes, and/or SAP functionalityAssist Chargeback Specialist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documentsBackfill support to Power BI maintenance (running necessary reports, troubleshooting issues)Participate in brainstorming ways to streamline work processes that impact the departmentAd hoac projects, as neededQualifications:Must have experience performing chargebacks in a retail or manufacturing environmentMust have experience improving DSO's (days sales outstanding)Must have track record of keeping AR at least 80% current monthlyMust have success recovering dollars3 - 5 years of direct chargeback and/or compliance experience Polished communication skills with the ability to develop relationships across departmentsProficient with ExcelTakes initiative and finds a way to resolve open items Attention to detail, investigative mind, and persistent Must be well-organizedA variety of ERP experience preferredMust be motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skillsAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
