Given our uniqueness and your experience, we have an open mind regarding the level we hire this position.  You will be placed in a job title that aligns with your skills, experience, and community needs. Current levels available include:  Service Technician II-Provide exemplary service to residents and team membersWith limited direction, perform routine maintenance and repairs (ie, completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoots and repairs plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components, etc.)Service Technician III-Provide exemplary service to residents and team membersWith minimal guidance, complete resident requested repairs and service (ie, troubleshoots HVAC equipment, installs/repairs complex plumbing, troubleshoots/replaces electrical components, installs/repairs/replaces household appliances, etc.)Provide functional/technical direction and training to lower level Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skillsMay assist with managing vendor quality
