Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:Synchrony has an immediate opportunity for an experienced client marketing leader to help grow partner and client relationships within the Cosmetic industry of Health and Wellness.  This role will help grow the Cosmetic industry by being responsible for helping prioritize, acquire, launch, and grow relationships leveraging B2B2C and B2B marketing strategies.This leader will need to be entrepreneurial minded, and comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities shift consistency, based on learnings and opportunities.  This role will leverage consultative selling to listen, innovate, recommend, and gain buy-in on client-specific omni-channel marketing plans and tactics. The role will work with sales and internal teams to innovate and execute B2B, and B2B2C marketing strategies that drive practice acquisition, engagement, applications and usage of the CareCredit credit card at client locations. Roles will work closely with analytics to monitor results and adjust tactics based on impact. Candidates must leverage best practices from other clients across the Synchrony business.The ideal candidate will have strong client marketing background and executive presence as they will be interfacing regularly with clients' senior marketing leadership and Synchrony senior leadership to create and deliver marketing sections of annual marketing plans, quarterly business reviews, and business development pitches. This role will partner with internal consumer marketing teams and Business Development to innovate marketing strategies to acquire new contractual partnerships.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Role will help lead partner and client marketing strategies to ensure business reaches enrollment, application and usage goals for the cosmetic industry annually as well as client and partner goals. Role may also need to support industry marketing and campaigns when needed.

Role will lead Large Clients, Partners and Association relationships to ensure mutually agreed upon goals and business objectives are reached.

Role will lead marketing professionals directly and cross-functionally.  Must be able to identify, mentor and grow talent within the organization.

Role requires strong organization and comfort with managing multiple clients, partners and associations at once, often with competing deadlines and priorities.

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies/tactics (both B2B2C and B2B) and client specific marketing plans to align with client and Synchrony goals

Leverage consultative selling to listen and build marketing programs based on clients' goals and needs

Innovate new ideas based on client needs and sell through concepts and ideas to drive growth for both the client and for Synchrony

Develop marketing strategies to drive penetration toward goals based on client collaborating with consumer and cardholder teams

Build and maintain consumer B2B2C and employee asset libraries for usage with clients. Ex: display ads, social posts, web assets, POS materials, employee education, videos, emails, etc.

Leverage segmentation to drive efficiencies and levels of client support

Develop client specific employee campaigns, segmenting and targeting audiences based on their roles and influence with other employees and the patient

Launch new clients working with Client Success and New Client Implementation teams

Client-focused leadership and understanding of balancing building marketing programs to drive both client and Synchrony business goals

Executive level presentation development and delivery both externally with clients via Business Development pitch decks, business reviews, new client implementation pitches, marketing plans and internally for stakeholder reviews

Innovate and execute offers, pricing and promotions for clients collaborating with internal teams

Obtain testimonials and feedback from clients and partners to leverage within client growth strategies and for enrollment / business development

Work closely with analytics to identify opportunity based on client growth trends, penetration, and financial performance 

Analyze research and data to translate into strategies and identify intelligence gaps, and field needed intelligence

Develop content and content programs based on industry and client needs

Create metrics and dashboards to support clients and develop/track campaign analytics

Understand and comply with the marketing requirements defined in client and partner agreements

Lead project management and annual marketing calendar, leveraging allocated resources, lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Develop educational online and offline content to support direct marketing, align with market dynamics and drive business needs (webinars, videos, case studies, and white papers)

Lead advertising agencies to implement marketing campaigns

Lead cross-functional team involving various levels of management

Manage budget including forecasting and tracking

Partner with paid and earned teams to focus on the channels that drive the most growth

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned including leading strategic projects for the team

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of Marketing experience

6+ years of experience in client marketing that includes:

Innovating and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns

5+ years of experience in digital marketing 

5+ years of experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing experience and partnering with creative agencies to execute

2+ years consumer marketing experience 

Ability to travel 30% 

Desired Characteristics:

Sales experience a plus but not required  

Strong analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance 

Business-to-business marketing experience  

Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of internal and external organizations  

Experience in either the Financial Services industry or Cosmetic, Vision, Audiology, and/or Wellness healthcare industries  

Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns  

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills  

Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred 

MBA 

B2B and Client marketing experience 

Consumer and DTC marketing experience 

C-Suite executive presence and presentation skills 

Analytical 

Marketing strategy including development/execution of integrated marketing campaigns managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners 

Experience with consumer credit offers and B2B2C marketing programs 

Flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis. 

Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects with little 

supervision 

Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of organization  

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills 

Grade/Level: 12The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post.
