Job DescriptionA non-profit (revenue around 25 million) is looking for an Accounting Manager / future controller to join their team. They have brought most of their accounting back in house after outsourcing for a few years. This person will take over all of the accounting leadership to ensure they have a highly functioning and accurate accounting department.Additional Responsibilities include:Full ownership of company AccountingOversight of General Ledger, AR, AP, Controls, Policy, Budgeting, Financial ReportingCommunication with Directors and Program Management staff on budget spend for each Grant programOversight of funding and reimbursement contractsBilling get out to the various fundersMake sure things get booked properly- they use the "Class Field" in quick books-Manager the annual budgetAbility to oversee AR / AP staff (2 people)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
