Description:Construction Project Manager needed to take manage on-going construction projects in a hospital environment. Will be handling the timeline of projects, budgets, and sub-contractors. working with and scheduling inspectors and handling OSHPD requirements.Responsibilities:Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with all contract terms
Supervise documentation of all significant project events, e.g., accidents, delays, Change Orders
Negotiate, prepare and issue bid packages
Implements quality control measures to ensure project compliance with department and hospital policies, government codes and regulations.
Maintains communications on a regular and timely basis, ensuring that all project participants are informed of project status, problems and required actions.
Manages multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and utilizes project management tools (e.g. software programs, time management/planning systems, etc.) to achieve project objectives.
Complete all job close-out procedures
Additional Skills & Qualifications:5 years of management or supervisory experience with 1-2 years within a healthcare or 3-4 OSHPD projects.Knowledge of planning and coordinating multiple functions and disciplines with reference to hospital construction projects.Manage subcontractors working on the job, heavy HVAC work and re-wiring cables for the hospital rooms.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
