We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of AI systems, ensuring they align with our business goals and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose architectural designs, and oversee the implementation of scalable and robust AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong background in software development.Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and propose AI architecture designs.

Create detailed technical specifications, including system architecture, data flow, and integration points.

Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.

Design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust AI models, algorithms, and systems.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect, clean, and prepare data for AI model training and evaluation.

Develop and maintain best practices and coding standards for AI solution development.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and research to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI systems.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (10+ years) as an AI Architect or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing concepts.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance AI systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

Up-to-date knowledge of AI research, trends, and emerging technologies.
