The Opportunity The Project Manager will oversee and facilitate our software development projects. In this role you will track deliverables, monitor timelines, maintain project budgets, and provide status updates to project stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, comfortable liaising with individuals across all levels of the organization, and committed to building and improving processes. The Role
Manage all aspects of the project including, scoping and user story design; budget creation and monitoring; timelines and deliverables; and testing and remediation
Create communication plans and ensure stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress
Manage prioritization lists and make adjustments as necessary
Design risk mitigation plan - Risks management and analysis
Conduct project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Develop and continue to refine department processes and procedures to ensure we are building scalable solutions that work for both our operational and client facing teams
Provide recommendations to help teams & stakeholders achieve their goals efficiently, by adopting agile best practices and tailor as needed

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company as well as external contacts
High attention to detail
Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of project management experience
4-year BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
PM certification or degree in Project Management
Knowledgeable in Lean values/concepts with software development
Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plans, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions
Uses solutions based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to develop stories and to inform team and stakeholders
Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy
Software skills, including use of Office365 and web-based applications
Have successfully delivered multiple enterprise level software engineering projects
Marketing services agency experience is a plus
