Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a NPI Operations Lifecycle Program Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Cupertino, CA.

This role partners closely with Hardware Engineering, Product Design, System Program Management, Part Suppliers, Procurement, Operations, and Contract Manufacturers to ensure Clear to Build (CTB) to each development build and drive product readiness to meet launch schedule.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage on-time and in-spec material readiness for engineering and operation builds

  • Closely track component changes and configuration variances at each build stage

  • Work closely with procurement, suppliers, finance and contract manufactures to ensure demand and incoming supply is aligned and communicated

  • Run material cost, lead time, liability, spend forecast, and actualizations

  • Create purchase orders/requisitions and maintain invoice tracking and receipt of goods

  • Present regular material cost and readiness updates to highlight risk, root cause and provide action plans

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related fields


Skills & Qualities:


  • Strong communication skills and is able to clearly explain his/her current role and how it relates to materials management

  • Experience in clear to build and reporting to cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and ambiguous situations

  • Demonstrated ownership in past or current roles

  • Highly detail oriented and deals in the details in their daily work

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process optimization

  • Team player and has demonstrated the ability to influence in his/her cross functional

  • Good energy and positive attitude

  • Eager to learn, driven, and self-motivated
