What our Reliability Supervisor will do:Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.Inspects work for completeness.Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfer’s equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.Keeps timecards and other routine records.Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs, maintains fresh fruit packing equipment and other related systems.Coordinates, inspects, operates, and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system).Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.Assign and prioritize work based on production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticality.Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanics.Ensure breakdowns and emergency repairs are executed safely and efficiently.Ensure Employees are trained and following all company mandated programs including OSHA safety programs.Ensure all employees are following GMP policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned by Reliability Manager.
