We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Order Management Analyst IIThe Order Management, Analyst II is responsible of driving continuous improvement culture across Niagara processes by actively communicating and analyzing data trends to provide recommendations for areas of improvements within Order Management Initiative scopes. The candidate for this position must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment and be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal stakeholders. This role will drive order management related process optimizations and facilitate cross functional collaborations across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Business Intelligence and IT departments to ensure Niagara’s strategic goals are achieved. The candidate should possess strong skills in analytical, communication and problem solving through technical expertise in relevant tools. The focus of the role is to provide the candidate development opportunity to build a holistic understanding of Niagara’s end-to-end business processes through Order Management Initiatives.Essential FunctionsBusiness Transformation - Order Management. Develop trend identification and data analysis used to uncover insights and opportunities for process improvements.
Responsible for preparing clear and concise reports needed to communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-makings.
Ensures consistent capturing of voice of the customer within Niagara to identify pain points in processes and solutions
Effective practice of project management methodologies and principles
Supports direct manager to identify functional specifications for procurement of business solutions to fit Niagara’s business need, including reviewing demos, generating RFQs, selecting vendors, setting up pilot trials, pricing and licensing negotiations, etc.
Drive Key Projects that are identified as a need by the organization
Ensures Niagara benefits from current thinking on relevant business optimization and industry priorities
Leadership Development - Capable to learning and supporting change management strategies to help drive project initiatives.
Highly flexible and capable of adapting to shifts in Niagara’s strategic focus
Learn key business applications to facilitate streamlining processes.
Solicit feedback through business functions partnerships and incorporating feedback into execution
Accelerates Niagara’s cross functional improvements through collaboration

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
2 Years – Experience in Supply Chain Functional Position
2 Years – Experience data analysis or managing projects

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Manufacturing and other related fields or equivalent experience

Master's Degree in Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Manufacturing and other related fields or equivalent experience
