WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING A HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTOBJECTIVE OF THE POSITIONJames Perse is currently hiring an entry level Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.To assist, maintain, and coordinate activities involved with carrying out HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee programs.Frequently interacts with employees of all levels.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service to employees, applicants, visitors, supervisors, management, and other administrative staff.
Maintain and track human resources metrics and data. Develop internal and external reports.
Maintain HR administration including but not limited to copying, filing, scanning, creating, and purging physical and digital forms/files.
Provide administrative support for all components of the employment life cycle.
Assist with maintenance and provide technical support for HR Information Systems.
Manage and distribute incoming mail for the office, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with the training of other employees and provide backup to other areas in administration.
Complete other duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCEEducation
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration plus 1 year experience desired
Knowledge of
Document Management System
Record Management
HRIS (ADP, Ultipro, etc.) experience a plus
Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
