Description Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to manage multi-state payroll for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Process multi-state payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Handle payroll adjustments, direct deposits, garnishments, and levies.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements for various states.
Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare periodic reports for management.
Support audits by providing required documentation and ensuring payroll data integrity.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and resolve payroll-related issues.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Payroll Specialist (CPS) certification is a significant plus.
Experience with ADP, Workday, and Paylocity payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
