Description Validus Capital, an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm based out of El Segundo, California is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Client Service Associate for a multi-faceted service and support role. Validus Capital serves the needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. In this role, the qualified individual will be responsible for service and support of firm’s partners, senior Client Service Associates, and other colleagues performing various critical client service functions to maintain an elevated level of client service.Responsibilities will include: Client onboarding, maintenance, and support at Validus preferred custodians. Interacting with clients and colleagues to handle; money movement, transaction research, trading, documentation requests, reporting requests. Coordinate, collaborate, and harmonize with team members to push the envelope on new ways to maintain efficient workflows while delivering an elevated level of client service. Assist with firmwide operational functions and regulatory compliance projects as needed.Requirements Preferred qualifications: 2-3 years recent experience as client associate or similar role at wealth management, broker dealer, banking, or investment banking firm. Strong common-sense problem solving and critical thinking skills. Self-paced, disciplined, and can thrive in unstructured and structured environments. Multi-task with ability to pivot and re-prioritize projects and tasks quickly. An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.You will succeed in this role if: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and control your workflow.
