Position Overview
Lead Java Developer

Requirements:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions across onsite and offshore.
• Design client side and server-side architecture.
• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, as well as a good amount of experience working with AWS or Springboot Microservices.
• Experience with any of the following technologies we utilize most often Angular, Backbone, Express, Grails, Hibernate, J2EE, JSF, Mongo, MVC, Node, RESTful Services, SOAP, Spring Microservices. Kubernetes and deploying in cloud for scalability is key expertise for these roles.
• Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, Mercurial, and Subversion, Knack for writing clean, readable Java code with reusable Java libraries.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience with both external and embedded databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

Must Have Skills:

• Springboot
• Microservices
• DEVOPS Capabilities

Nice to have skills:

• Node JS

Certifications Needed: No
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
