The Opportunity: The Workforce Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in enabling data-informed talent decisions across the organization—uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities that accelerate workforce transformation. Positioned at the intersection of people strategy, data science, and organizational effectiveness, this role partners across the People & Culture ecosystem to turn complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights.This role will collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners (PCBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape solutions that drive impact—from skills forecasting and internal mobility to inclusion strategy and organizational design.
