Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (level M) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA to support the Program Integration Office (PIO) .Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

A Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience

Technical project/program management experience

Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects

Experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

Experience with financial reporting.

Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

Willing to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

Strong experience in managing relationships with business leaders, leading complex portfolio of engagements, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions

10+ years of experience working with government customers

Top Secret SCI preferred
