Come join us!About the role:Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Strategy & Operational Excellence team as a Project Manager in the newly established Project Management Office (PMO).In this role, you will lead high complexity cross functional projects assigned to the PMO. You will be accountable for managing multiple projects or workstreams that must integrate to achieve transformational outcomes across the business.The ideal candidate is a seasoned business leader with depth of expertise in leading business projects and transformation initiatives with highly complex stakeholder networks and change needs to deliver extraordinary results. This person effectively balances process and structure with agility and humanity to maximize the performance of their cross-functional teams and achievement of project and business objectives.Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:Project Management

Responsible for the application of project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.

Development and management of projects including scoping, establishing timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIF execution.

Leadership and coordination of communication with main stakeholders, project teams and steering teams.

Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate project issues and risks.

Resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy, where necessary becoming involved.

Conduct project reviews post key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice. Ensure feedback on End to End is captured and actioned.

Manage day to day operational aspects of project execution and scope.

Provide ongoing reporting and updates on strategic projects to improve cross-project visibility, risk escalation, and decision making.

Capability Building

Contribute to development of consistent processes, tools, and standards that are fit for purpose.

Act of Project Management SME and provide peer mentoring and support application of PM processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required.

5+ years of experience in project management required; experience in CPG/FMCG/manufacturing preferred.

Project Management software experience (Wrike preferred).

Expertise in leading cross-functional business process projects.

Experience in developing Project Management tools, processes, capabilities.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task.

Thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively and manage organizational change.

Time and timeline management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and self-direction capabilities.

Strong capabilities in risk management and contingency planning.

Attention to detail even under pressure.

Work Environment:

Hybrid / Office environment with flexibility for industry events. Travel up to 10% of the time.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000.
