This role will propel future growth in North America by supporting strategic account partnerships, channel expansion, and distribution opportunities that complement Murad’s beauty and well-being positioning. The individual will be responsible for backend operations including but not limited to purchase order management in Oracle, inventory analysis, forecast submission, and creative asset project management. Ultimately, this role will support Business Development’s needs according to tight deadlines and monthly sales goals. The role will work especially closely with cross functional partners like Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Order Management, QC, and Retail Marketing while always striving to improve internal processes.This position will report to the Director, of Business Development. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis, management, and execution of activities required to capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities, ultimately hitting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in retail partnerships and operations including Oracle.RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Collect, analyze, and compile on-hand inventory specs for internal and external partners
Process and track POs in Oracle
Communicate effectively with accounts like Nordstrom Rack and subscription box partners
Submit forecasts and changes for Demand Planning’s approvals
Managed comp closet, including physical packaging and shipping goods from HQ as needed
Ensure product setup assets including digital content and physical comps are tracked and delivered by deadlines
Track subscription partnership/promotional activities
Manage special pricing repository and ensure price adjustments are implemented accurately and timely
Align the necessary internal departments to ensure GTM plans are effective
Assist in preparing marketing decks/presentations as needed
Special projects as necessary

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
4+ years in retail partnerships and operations roles
Experience managing Oracle Software
Beauty industry experience preferred

This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work.The expected base salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
