Sales Leadership Team, is critical to the long term success of Liquid I.V. and will act as the “voice of the customer” inside and out along with the Vice President of Sales.Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Customer Planning- Lead the annual customer joint business planning process, collaborating with channel leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners.

Partner with the Marketing, Finance and Ecommerce teams to align on strategic investments and initiatives.

Monitor quarterly and annual joint customer business plans, providing updates and facilitating discussions around risks and opportunities across functions

Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to drive alignment across Demand plan and Revenue Forecast.

Partner with Category Stewardship, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Ecommerce to review and implement pricing and trade strategies.

Support the Category Stewardship team in providing cross-functional collaboration and engagement in support of line review preparation and innovation launch plans.

Oversite of all customer-facing sales materials, ensuring alignment across functions and consistent messaging.

Innovation & Marketing Partner - Act as a key stakeholder in long-lead innovation marketing forecasting and item/platform development.

Support innovation launches from inception to launch, providing visibility to the sales team driving alignment across functions.

Provide strategic oversight and collaborate on shopper marketing and omni-channel investments for must-win customers, partnering with marketing stakeholders and agencies

Strategic Partner and conduit to internal functions to drive alignment and collaboration. Be the “voice of the customer” to their functions and the LIV Leadership Team.

Qualifications:The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 10-15 years of experience in CPG field sales, sales strategy, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership and people management.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing category strategies that drive business growth.

In-depth understanding of the food manufacturing industry, market trends, consumer behavior, U.S. Retail customers and cross-channel management.

In-depth understanding of the FDM, Club and Natural omnichannel go-to-market models and strategies. Direct experience with Costco, Walmart, Target and Sam’s Club preferred.

Strong experience building and evolving processes and best practices to optimize and deliver against company goals.

Exceptional ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, ensuring collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively up, down and across the organization.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the Liquid I.V. offices 30% of the month. Highly preferred to be located in Southern California. (West Coast minimum)

Travel will be required on an ad hoc basis for customer meetings, planning and industry events.

The expected salary range for this position is $172,200 - $258,400 annually.
