This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, owning critical initiatives such as Transportation Management System (TMS) modernization, end-to-end logistics visibility, and warehouse execution optimization.You will work hands-on with distribution centers while partnering with supply chain teams to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.What Your Impact Will Be: Product Ownership & StrategyAct as Product Owner for logistics and warehouse technology initiativesDefine product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with global supply chain strategyPartner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutionsOwn backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery outcomesTransportation Management & ExecutionLead TMS replacement, modernization, and optimization programs, design, and global rolloutDefine requirements for future-state transportation capabilities:Routing optimization and load planningCarrier integration and onboardingTrack & trace / real-time transportation visibilityFreight audit, payment, and settlementCollaborate with freight, customs, and logistics operations teams to streamline transportation execution. Also closely work with implementation partners and internal tech  teams to complete project in time.Warehouse & Fulfillment OptimizationPartner with DC teams to improve:Picking, packing, shipping, and returnsDTC and B2B fulfillment flowsValue-added services (VAS) and reverse logisticsIdentify automation and efficiency opportunities (RF, robotics, AMRs, etc.)Define requirements work closely with architects and delivery teams. Act as single point of contact for IT team.Systems & IntegrationOwn functional design across systems including:WMS (Blue Yonder / BYWMS)TMS platforms, InforNexus, E2Open or similarERP, DOM, Salesforce, AS400/iSeriesCollaborate with engineering and middleware teams on:API integrationsData flows and system interactionsLegacy system modernizationDelivery & ExecutionGather and define requirements (user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria)Drive SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and release readinessEnsure high-quality delivery aligned with business outcomesSupport global rollouts and post-go-live stabilizationOperations & Continuous ImprovementAct as a bridge between warehouse operations and ITSupport production issues, root cause analysis, and performance improvementsLeverage data and reporting to drive decision-making and visibilityContinuously identify and implement process improvements
