Collins Aerospace, one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management.This individual will serve as a Program Manager for emerging programs and other Autonomy programs within the BMC2 & Autonomy Solutions portfolio in the Mission Systems strategic business unit.Relocation assistance is available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.Primary Responsibilities:

Program Manager of one or more advanced Autonomy Programs.

Lead future autonomy captures and programs for growth.

Successfully execute contracted programs

Develop strategy and Long-Range Plan for assigned autonomy related programs.

Coordinate across other autonomy programs and opportunities to cultivate alternative opportunities when captures are not successful and existing programs end.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

Must have 10 years of professional experience as a successful Program Manager

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

Experience managing advanced technology development programs.

Experience managing difficult customers and often changing customer requirements.

Pre-proposal shaping, proposal development and capture management for advanced development and integration opportunities.

Experience leading and generating cost volumes for proposals and change packages.

Experienced with advanced program IT systems and data transfers.

Experience leading and generating cost volumes for proposals and change packages.

Experience with program financial analysis tools and ETC methodologies.

Manage the coordination and communication across RTX with government, prime and subcontractors for program content under the direction of an executive leader.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Must have an active and transferable U.S. Government Secret issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

Muat be willing to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with US Navy Customers, organizations, and enabling technologies, OEMs and associated programs.

Working knowledge of collaborative autonomy technology and programs

Experience working on advanced program industry Consortiums.

Experience working on software development programs, Agile Development, and DevSecOps.

Experience managing strategic IRAD projects.

Experience working with next generation air dominance advanced programs and systems; air dominance government customers; and air dominance prime and subcontractors.

Cross BU Campaign experience.

Active and transferable U.S. Government Top Secret issued security clearance.

Preferred experience working on U.S. Government Special Access Programs.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
