job detailsThe Customer Service Representative is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Customer Service Representative takes ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; providing product and service information; and resolving technical issues; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This role required 3 years of recent and consistent customer service experience (not retail) and only candidates within the state of CA will be considered for the role. Experience with Salesforce, Slack and Zendesk is preferred.salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner from reps, dealers and end users Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and suggest information about other products andServices Develop a strong working knowledge of features and benefits of our products Demonstrate complete understanding of the following our company policies (Free freight/shipping policy,warranty, returns, in-house customization billing, special order billing) Effectively communicate with customers via phone and email to determine the best lighting solution to fit thedesign and budget for their project Offer technical installation assistance to customers, contractors, and end users by offering trouble shootingsolutions Order fulfillment/processing POs Back order fulfillment and update with timing Assess project plans and monitor quoting process Demonstrate strong communication skills by actively providing feedback to improve processes Represent and market our organization in a positive and professional manner as requested and continually promoteour company internally and externally by building relationships with clients Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directedSkills
