Description Our dynamic client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role will play a significant part in the overall financial performance of the company.Responsibilities:
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts receivable process.
Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, preparing reports on billing activity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
