Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Engagement Coordinator in Escondido, California. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the customer service sector, responsible for scheduling and tracking client referrals, handling data entry tasks, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Efficiently manage and schedule new client referrals while keeping tracking tools up-to-date. Handle data gathering for report generation through various sources, including computer systems and printed reports. Oversee the processing of supportive services, including reviewing and entering journal entries in project-specific systems in line with State requirements. Maintain daily communication with participants, encouraging them to attend scheduled appointments and providing them with essential program information. Liaise with project units, business partners, and County representatives to verify eligibility, policies, and processes. Perform general office tasks as part of your role. Ensure the maintenance and reconciliation of scheduling bank caseloads and tracking tools. Update information and document tasks in project-specific systems for supportive services in accordance with State requirements. Review performance reports monthly and act accordingly. Prepare monthly contractual and internal operational reports while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of case notes and related records. Notify Employment Case Managers of upcoming determination appointments. Use county and company computer data processing systems to efficiently track participants’ status. Attend and schedule supervision meetings to discuss data and participants’ status. Identify, interpret, and address trends or patterns in complex data. Ensure data integrity by filtering and cleaning data to identify and correct errors in data capture and design. Communicate any data discrepancies with internal departments. Requirements Exceptional ability to answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner Solid experience in providing high-quality customer service Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Excellent email correspondence skills, capable of responding promptly and detail orientedly Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing, analysing and presenting data Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts and tasks Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective presentations Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal time management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
