Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will plan, coordinate, schedule and manage plant maintenance functions including the design, purchase, and evaluation of equipment and facility systems to ensure production requirements and schedules are met. Your primary goal is to maximize production throughput by minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing equipment effectiveness. In addition, you will lead and develop maintenance personnel, maintain plant utilities, and oversee maintenance activities including equipment installation and preventive maintenance procedures. You will also be responsible for compliance with environmental reporting requirements, management of facility expansion, construction, and equipment installation, as well as effective project management to complete projects on time and on budget.Hard Skills
