Great opportunity to make a meaningful impact and transform lives through high-quality, equitable care. Requirements: Active California RN license.3 years experience as a RN1 year supervisory experienceExperience in treating substance use disorders (SUD), preferably within residential treatment environments.BLS Certification, First Aid Certified, CPR Certified, valid California driver’s license and automobile insurance.Knowledge Required:Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.Ability to interpret and follow Procedure manuals.Registered Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages and mentors nursing supervisors, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Leadership Responsibilities: Leads clinical aspects of the program, including health education and medication support. Involved in performance and quality improvement initiatives and drives systemic changes.Organizational Responsibilities: Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with operational standards. Performance and Quality Improvement Responsibilities: Collaborates on policy development and participates in quality improvement activities, acting as a lead in change initiatives.Training Responsibilities, Program Development and Project Management.Nursing Responsibilities: Manages medication protocols, patient education, and care coordination.
