Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations (MSO) organization has the vision to be the world's best high-volume manufacturing organization. In addition to our worldwide factory and assembly test sites, MSO also includes our Corporate Quality, Corporate Services, Global Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, and Fab Construction Manufacturing organizations.We are looking for an innovative change agent, leading across corporate partners and business unit stakeholders to create/ develop, implement, and manage University upskilling programs across MSO. This is a newly created role responsible for enabling MSO's vision to be the career destination of choice growing our employee's skills for the future through strategic engagements with top universities, globally. This role owns developing the vision and strategy to take the MSO Upskilling program to the next level ideating over when and how to use external partnerships to support MSO's workforce plan. Program manages key upskilling programs. This requires a high degree of strategy with willingness to partner, influence, and lead through engagements with others. This is a combination of a highly strategic leader while also managing /implementing the programs.As the University Upskilling Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:Create, develop and implement MSO's upskilling/ learning strategy on how best to utilize external programs/ universities to upskill in key critical competency areas.

Works with Organization and Talent Capability (OTC) as appropriate to leverage resources to create and measure MSO learning programs.

Set up the MSO internal university framework of how we create and continually develop the best talent and invest in their careers ensuring it is adequately marketed and communicated.

Manage the specific upskilling programs tracking usage, value, feedback, and working with external suppliers/ partners to continually improve the content or delivery methodology in support of MSO's needs.

Work across multiple Business Unit (BU) stakeholders, learning leaders, corporate partners, and externally with suppliers and universities to bring forward the right development programs for MSO.

Track and improves metrics and manage employee communication related to marketing and communicating the programs.

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technology, Education, Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or any related field of study with 4+ years of experience.

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Technology, Education, Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or any related field of study with 3+ years of experience.

Expertise areas:4+ years of experience leading learning, training, or education programs.2+ years of experience with program and stakeholder management across groups and geographies.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated network of Human Resources (HR), internal, and external talent development peers.

Demonstrated business and financial acumen.

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain and operations.
